The Roof Rack arrived neatly packaged and complete.
Examination of parts count per manual was correct.
I did notice that the Nitro logos were placed facing
backwards so I removed them and cleaned up the glue residue
with some denatured alcohol.The "forward" label under the
crossbars was also pointing the wrong way...
The crossbars are like airplane wings ..teardrop shape..
the thick end goes forward and the narrow end goes rearward.
If you look at the crossbar ends it shows the correct way.
This kit includes an allen wrench.
The metal rails are stamped R(right) and L(left).
The install was a breeze.I wish the logos were packaged separate.
I thank Amazon.com for carrying this product.

Great Deal

Buying a roof rack on Amazon saved me over 150 bucks plus installation time. Package arrived very quickly and components were well padded. Installation did not take too long, and all logos and stickers were facing in the correct direction. This product feels solid and I'm sure will be great for summer adventures with my canoe.
