I am usually not one to take the time to respond to this type of request. I believe in business, if you are selling a product to the public, you ought to be kind, fair, and respectful to the purchasers needs.
In this case, as well as three others purchases within a 2-week period, they were, bar none, the most pleasant buying experiences in my life, and moreover, on-line which always has its doubts. The products came exactly when they were expected (5 separate shipments, No damage, fit and look absolutely fantastic in my new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I purchased the same items for a special client and wanted to make sure that there was NO mention anywhere in the shipping documents of the prices. Not only was my e-mail answered within 12 hours (and only because I ordered the parts on Sunday), but I actually received a second e-mail from the gentlemen who handled the order and wanted me to know that he "personally packed & shipped the items" and wanted to ensure me, everything was handled and not to worry.
I ask anyone that reads this: When was the last time you were treated like this when making a purchase or purchases either in person or via -mail? Brian and Mopar - YOU DERSERVE IT!

Reasonable Cross Rails for 2012 Cherokee

These rails are easy to install if you take the time to examine them carefully and see how the gripping plate works - the outboard screw tightens/loosens it. The rails seem solid and secure. My only complaint with the design of these rails concerns the rubber strip that must be painstakingly pressed into the top surface of each rail to enclose the dorsal opening. I can't help but think that in time these strips will deteriorate and come off. There must be a better way. Good service from Mopar.
