4Deck and tilt option not best for mini van, good product!
By New to the kitchen momma
The deck is a good product! Not the easiest to assemble. I gave it 4 stars because the reflectors were not on it like it states in the directions. Local store had some stickers that worked.

I own a Chrysler town and country and it all but scraped the ground when I put it on. I added a riser to it and it was good enough to make it usable, but you loose weight capacity (to 200lbs I think). If I tilt the deck up it is a strait 90 angle at the back of the van that not only covers the license plate but blocks the van door from openening.

I have not used the bike rack but it seems to be made well and will work well.
